The Process

Meet you, on your property

Meeting face to face and viewing where your future home build will be is our best bet of getting to know you, how your home should best fit your life, and how your home will work best with the lay of the land.

Sketch out how the best design for you on site

We start with rough concepts and ideas as we discuss, pull out existing designs and see what features resonate, and sometimes start drafting in cad.

Provide interactive 3D visuals

We go back and develop 3D visuals that allow you to get a solid picture of how the design looks, and how it sits on the property and incorporates views, etc. These visuals are the same cad files that will be turned into working plans.

Keep working until you are happy

We continue to develop the 3D file, adding details, making changes, adding tweaks as we discuss the design with you. This is where we fix issues before they even start the building process.

Manage design, detailing, and sourcing throughout your build

While the plans are sent to be turned into architectural blueprints, and then off to council for consent, we work on sourcing and prepping detailing for the projects.

Work through project with you on final tweaks and finishing touches

It's the details where true good design shines the brightest. Making sure the final steps are done, the i's are dotted and the t's crossed is where Admira makes a difference - seeing your home to completion.
